Casablanca Valley, Chile. 100% Pinot Gris. A tribute to the orange wines of Northern Italy. 4 months skin contact, 12 months aging in terracotta amphora tanks imported from Italy. Soft, yet structured juice that is a silent stunner. Less than 1,000 bottles made! Purple flowers, expressive citrus, dry, gorgeous.
2019 Milan Nestarec Forks & Knives Rosé$70
Moravia, Czech Republic. Cabernet Franc, Zweigelt, Regent. Extremely drinkable, juicy, dark rosé/chilled red that’s ready for any situation. Raspberry, red currant, stony minerality. Grapes are hand harvested, de-stemmed on tables, gently crushed, shortly macerated on skins. Such a fun bottle to drink!

Catalonia, Spain. 40% Garnacha Tinta, 30% Garnacha Roja, 30% Garnacha Blanca. Tinta is kept on the skins for 3 days, Roja & Blanca for 1 week, then pressed & macerated together. An all-encompassing way to let the garnacha grape shine! Mineral rich, fresh, elegant, red berries, juicy. Served with a chill. Is it a red wine or a rosé? We’ll let you decide 😉
