SPARKLING/PET NAT
NV Sohu Grasevina Sparkling – $50
Fericanci, Slavonia, Croatia. 100% Graševina. Dry and refreshing. From vineyards located just South of the Hungarian border (SoHu), this wine has elegant and round bubbles, but stays playful, with vivid yellow and green fruits, tons of citrus, green apple, lemon zest and subtle floral notes of cherry flowers.
NV Flama Roja Cava Brut Rosat – $50
Catalonia, Spain. Blend of Paradella & Trepat. Dry, slightly salty, strawberry, pomegranate, slightly herbaceous. Super tight bubbles, traditional, nice roundness from sitting on the lees for 14 months before bottling, giving it a little more of a delicate mouthfeel.
2021 Mary Taylor ‘Gaillacoise’ Pet Nat – $56 Gaillac, France. 100% Mauzac (indigenous grape). Female owned. Made methode anceestrale, aka single fermentation in the bottle, leaving extremely pleasant, super tight bubbles. Fresh aromas of golden apple, ripe Asian pear, orange blossom, and lush spring grass.
2023 Mundo Reves Le Petit Voyage Criolla Pet Nat – $50
Uco Valley, Argentina. 80% Criolla Chica, 20% Criolla Grande. Super cool, abundant bubbles from single fermentation in the bottle. Pure juice of sour red fruits, strawberries and cream, fresh, and an acidity that makes one return to the glass over and over.
WHITE
2023 Haut Lavigne Cote de Duras White – $52
Côte de Duras, France. 66% Sauvignon Blanc, 34% Semillon. Beautiful, female made wine with almond, beeswax, white flowers, and apricot on the palate, followed by melon, lemon, white peach, and pleasing minerality on the palate. Great acidity, even more pleasant mouthfeel. Women make them best wine.
2022 Camarda Bianco – $66
Sicily, Italy. 70% Carricante, 30% Minnella, Cataratto & Inzolia. Grown on the slope of Mt. Etna, thriving amongst lava rocks and olive trees in volcanic soil. 5th generation winemakers, ran by a mother and daughter full of love. Dry with deep minerality, low acid, uncomplicated and absolutely lovely. Herbaceous, lemon oil, faint apricot.
2023 Botani Old Vine Moscatel Sierras de Malaga – $48
Andalusia, Spain. 100% Muscat of Alexandria. We’ve been really loving this dry, refreshing, aromatic white from Spain’s mediterranean coast. Lime leaves and orange blossom on the nose, followed by grapefruit, thai basil, marcona almonds, honeysuckle, and minerals on the palate. Perfect salinity and bright, pleasant finish.
2022 Stirm ‘Calcite’ White – $56
Cienega Valley, CA. 44% Riesling, 56% Chardonnay. One of the best wines I’ve tasted this year. Fresh, electric notes of orchard fruit and honey from the riesling, perfect pillowy roundness from the Chardonnay. Calcite, an ancient limestone rock, is extremely rare in California, providing a unique minerality.
2024 Brooks Willamette Valley ‘Amycas’ – $66
Willamette Valley, Oregon. 27% Riesling, 25% Muscat, 20% Pinot Gris, 18% Pinot Blanc, 10% Gewurztraminer. You can find us crushing Alsatian blends at any given time!!! Perfect grape pairing with spicy food and Pete’s favorite. This bottle is stunning – peach, lychee, mango, dragonfruit, but still dry with a super clean finish.
2023 Erste + Neue Alto Adige Sauvignon – $68
Alto Adige, Italy. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Sexy sauv blanc! Like the way you’re hotter after you sweat in the sun for a while 🙂 Kiwi, passionfruit, gooseberry, and white flowers lead the palate on this wine. Light, crispy, vibrant, with a pretty acidity that is a match made in heaven for Thai food. Perfectly chalky and salty finish.
2022 Lioco Sonoma County Chardonnay – $78
Sonoma County, California. 100% Chardonnay. Major complexity in this delightful Chardonnay due to some unexpected rain & heat waves in Sonoma that year. Mouth-watering, steely freshness, with tangerine and fennel on the nose, lemon custard & stone on the palate, and an overall deeply concentrated, brilliant flavor.
ROSÉ / ORANGE
2024 Domaine Gavoty ‘La Cigale’ Rosé Vin de Pays – $50
Provence, France. 80% Cinsault, 10% Grenache, 5% Syrah, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Really pretty, herbal Provençal rosé with classic notes of strawberry and raspberry. The finish is surprisingly long and complex, acidity is spot on, and minerality stands out among the other classics of this region.
2023 Cantina Furlani Altopiano Orange – $60
Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. 100% Muller Thurgau. This biodynamic, wild beauty spends 25 days on the skins then gets aged on the lees in stainless steel, leaving it delicate yet pleasantly textured. Enticing notes of apricot, mandarin, white flowers, lemon oil and alpine herbs make it perfect to pair with our food menu.
2022 Sanctum ‘Leptir’ Macerated White – $60
Stajerska, Slovenia. 50% Pinot Blanc, 40% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Grigio. All 3 varieties are processed separately, with pinot blanc and pinot gris spending 3 weeks on the skins, keeping it youthful and providing notes of wildflowers, apricots, pears, white tea, and honey. Super bright summer orange with a long finish.
2023 Day Wines ‘Vin de days l’Orange’ – $68
Dundee, Oregon. 33% Riesling, 26% Muller Thurgau, 24% Gewurtztraminer, 17% Pinot Gris. A super fun expression of these varietals when made with generous skin contact. Dry, lively, fresh with tropical fruits, light herbs, and mushroom umami on the palate, with the fruit becoming more juicy as the wine opens. Crispy, certified banger.
REDS
2022 Martha Stoumen Post Flirtation Red – $60
California. 62% Zinfandel, 34% Carignan, 3% Pinot Noir, 1% Petite Sirah. This kitchen chameleon carries out banner for California crowd-pleasers. Year after year, excellent sourcing & careful blending yield a heart-warming wine that’s at home in a bustling hearth. This vintage has aromas of yeasty chocolate and a hint of rose.
2023 Fuso Calx Primitivo (chilled or not chilled) – $50
Puglia, Italy. 100% Primitivo (aka Zinfandel). This playful red, farmed certified organic on soil rich in iron and limestone, is light to medium bodied, even with the richer flavors that go along with this grape (tobacco, plum, cooked fruit); still drinks juicy, fresh, fruity. Notes of red berries, plum compote, and dried figs.
2022 Chateau Coupe-Roses ‘Bara Gwin’ Minervois – $62
Languedoc, France. 35% Cinsault, 35% Grenache, 30% Syrah. The pretty product of the newest generation making wine in a 12 generation, elite winemaking family. A bro & sis with a passion for natural wine created a bottle with aromas of rhubarb, mulberry and black cherry, and a palate of dark red fruit, warming spices and velvety tannins.
2022 Olivier Riviere Rayos UVA – $60
Rioja, Spain. 40% Graciano, 40% Garnacha, 20% Tempranillo. A young, unoaked wine that showcases the approachability of wines from Rioja. It’s very primary, a little reductive, young, fresh and juicy, with notes of berries and herbs and a light and fresh palate that makes it very pleasant and easy to drink.
2023 Brea Massa Vineyard Pinot Noir – $80
Central Coast, California. 100% Pinot Noir. This biodynamic wine is like drinking fresh cherry juice in a lush garden right before summer turns to fall – so easy, juicy, with a pretty body from sitting in neutral oak for seven months. Made with tender love in care, and only 230 cases made.
