NV Alma for Almacita Sparkling Rosé
$48Mendoza, Argentina. 100% Pinot Noir. Gorgeous, tiny, tight bubbles that leave a salted watermelon and ripe cherry taste on the end. One of those bottles that drains before you even realize it!
2021 Clos Hirissou Pet Nat Rosé
$50Languedoc-Roussillon, France. 95% Mauzac, 5% Petite Sirah. Green apple aromas from Mauzac, white pepper from the Sirah. Delicate bubbles, wild berries, peach blossom, super fresh on the palate. Super rare to have Petite Sirah grown in France which makes this special. I’ve returned to this bottle time & time again.
2021 Wine Dudes Skin Contact Sparkling Pet Nat
$54Stajerska, Slovenia. 100% Riesling. Delicate orange zest and cinnamon flavors combined with tropical fruits slowly move into the nutty, yeasty flavors to a round and deep finish. Rich and creamy texture as a result of skin contact and malolactic fermentation with wild bubbles on top. Inspired by drinking bubbles by the ocean.
NV Chencany Cremate de Loire
$52Loire Valley, France. Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc. Fine persistent bubbles that you expect from this region and this grape blend. The nose shows the floral Chenin Blanc, the freshness of the Chardonnay and fruit of the Cabernet Franc show on the palate harmoniously. Hints of pear and peach, rich structure, finesse.

$48Penedes, Spain. 50% Xarel·lo 25% Macabeu 25% Parellada. A bottle from the pioneers of biodynamic sparkling wine in this region. Sophisticated bubbles with aromas of pear and honeysuckle, followed by notes of cooked apple, pear, and a little ginger on the palate. Creamy finish, easy drinking.
NV Thevenet & Fils Blanc de Blanc de Chardonnay Brut

NV M. Haslinger & Fils Brut Champagne
$92Champagne, France. 46% Pinot Noir, 37% Pinot Meunier, 17% Chardonnay. Rich, smooth and tantalizing with notes of jasmine, citrus, pear and ginger complementing this charming Champagne’s fresh acidity and vibrancy. Creamy and refined with tiny elegant bubbles, it makes a terrific aperitif and yet also pairs beautifully with foods due to its weight and richness.

2020 Osmote Seneca Lake Riesling
$60Finger Lakes, New York. 100% Riesling. Fully ripe Riesling in a year filled with rain where so many other varieties couldn’t reach full maturity. The intense, fresh aromas of orchard fruits and delicious flavors and acidity show the true potential of Riesling in the Finger Lakes.
2022 Grape Abduction White (1L)
$50Stajerska, Slovenia. Blend o fPinot Blanc and Muscat. Slovenian wines + spicy food = match made in heaven. A bright and refreshing nose with aromas of white flowers, citrus, white peach, and lychee. On the palate, the wine is crisp and vibrant, keeping you coming back. Calls for a porch and your best friends.
2022 Lioco Sonoma County Chardonnay
$78Sonoma County, California. 100% Chardonnay. A rare heat wave into a major rainfall has given this vintage major complexity, dividing it into 3 chapters: fruit picked before the heat/rain, picked during the heat/rain, and picked after the heat/rain. Mouth-watering, steely freshness, with tangerine and fennel on the nose, leon custard & stone on the palate, and an overall deeply concentrated, brilliant flavor.
2022 Stirm ‘Calcite’ White
$52Cienega Valley, CA. 44% Riesling, 56% Chardonnay. One of the best wines I’ve tasted this year. Fresh, electric notes of orchard fruit and honey from the riesling, perfect pillowy roundness from the Chardonnay. Calcite, an ancient limestone rock, is extremely rare in California, providing a unique minerality.
2021 Lucien Albrecht Alsace Pinot Blanc
$48Alsace, France. 100% Pinot Blanc. Pete’s favorite region to drink wine from, especially with his food. Super classic, old school family making now sustainable pinot blanc that presents aromas of peach, pear, and orchard fruits. The palate is crisp, mineral-driven and fresh with bright flavors of white peach and wildflowers.

White blossom and forest floor on the nose, with familiar red apple, dried grass and summery herbs on the palate. This wine is as much of a delight as Mary is. Delicate, lovely, all with an enticing finish.

2020 Rado 2020 Rado Kocjancic “Rebula” Ribolla Gialla
$50Brda, Slovenia. 100% Ribolla Gialla. Given three weeks of maceration, this orange wine is so pleasantly textured yet not immensely tannic. The bouquet offers nutty, herbal and honey notes, while the palate delivers lush stone fruit, papaya, apricot and citrus zest.
2022 Scenic Valley Farms Pinot Gris
$50Williamette Valley, Oregon. 100% Pinot Gris. A combination of skin contact and carbonic maceration creates a creamy textured wine the color of a penny. Aromas of peach, straw and wet concrete lead to earthy flavors like oregano and cantaloupe, with traces of raspberries and brown sugar.
2022 Pax Trousseau Gris, Fanucchi-Wood Road Vineyard
$70Sebastopol, CA. 100% Trousseau Gris. Bright, fresh, and clean, with fresh summer fruits and stone fruit aromas. Pronounced florals, and exotic spices, this California Original is all about having fun and enjoying life with a glass of wine in your hand.
2020 Gonc Winery ‘Starman’ Orange
$70Štajerska, Slovenia. 50% Chardonnay, 50% Riesling. Low acid, medium bodied dreamboat. Toasted coconut, apple skins, bready & slightly creamy. “The grapes were handpicked under the morning stars, ensuring the journey to the bottom of this other-worldly, natural, unfiltered orange wine will be anything but boring, just as Bowie would have liked it.”
2023 Queen of the Sierra Co-Ferment (served chilled)
$64Sierra Foothills, CA. Separate co-ferments of Albariño and Tempranillo, Barbera and Vermentino, Chenin blanc and Pineau d’Aunis, Trousseau and Chardonnay, & Zinfandel and Verdelho. This wild blend says it all! This wine is not a white, red, or rosé, but the best of all 3. Once these pairs were fermented together, their outcomes were all combined, resulting in a juicy, complex treat.
2023 Uivo Renegado (served chilled or not chilled)
$64Douro, Portugal. Field Blend. This bottle is so special! Over 25 varietals of red and white indigenous grapes, harvested separately, then then macerated and blended. 2022 Chateau Coupe-Roses ‘Bara Gwin’ Minervois
$62Languedoc, France. 35% Cinsault, 35% Grenache, 30% Syrah. The pretty product of the newest generation making wine in a 12 generation, elite winemaking family.
