2021 Clos Hirissou Pet Nat Rosé
$50Languedoc-Roussillon, France. 95% Mauzac, 5% Petite Sirah. Green apple aromas from Mauzac, white pepper from the Sirah. Delicate bubbles, wild berries, peach blossom, super fresh on the palate. Super rare to have Petite Sirah grown in France which makes this special. I’ve returned to this bottle time & time again.
2020 Weingut Beurer Trocken Riesling
$56Württemberg, Germany. 100% Riesling. An oceanic riesling with mineral notes accompanied by dried herbs and flowers up front, and the fruit being more of an after-thought. Riesling is the best wine with thai food, period, and this bottle is a perfect match. 100% biodynamic.
2021 Kumusha Chenin Blanc

A medium bodied, no intervention, golden Chenin with strong notes of honey, apricot, white flowers, honeysuckle, and almond that travel from the nose to the palate. Velvety, superb, soft texture. Extremely small producers working magic on just 13 hectares.
2018 Domaine du Pélican Arbois en Barbi Chardonnay
$84Jura, France. 100% Chardonnay. A dazzling, vibrant Jura chard with mineral-drenched energy. 100% biodynamic, created by a winemaker with classic Burgundian training. Lemon oil, white flowers, almond, chamomile & crushed rocks hit the palate immediately. A little creamy, a little toasty, perfectly textured.
2022 Thevenet & Fils Macon-Villages Blanc
$56Pierrecolas, France. 100% Chardonnay. Super classic expression of white burgundy with notes of green apple, wet stone and lime oil and a beautiful roundness from some time spent on the lees. No oak, aged in stainless steel. Familiar and elegant and comforting.
2020 Gregoris Soave
$48Veneto, Italy. 100% Garganega. From northern italy, this wine has notes of almond, lemon oil, peach, jasmine tea, ending kind of salty and savory with a tinge of plum & pineapple. Reminiscent of a riesling on the nose, drinks clean & crisp. Great to cut through spicy food.
2022 Union Sacré “Edelzwicker” Central Coast Blend

$46Vipava Valley, Slovenia. 100% Zelen. Don’t sleep on this wine! Dry white that spends 72 hours on the skins, giving it depth and complexity while staying crushable. White tea, honeysuckle, juicy lemon, bitter almond, wild ride.
2020 Atacalco Cárabe de Casablanca Pinot Gris
$56Casablanca Valley, Chile. 100% Pinot Gris. A tribute to the orange wines of Northern Italy. 4 months skin contact, 12 months aging in terracotta amphora tanks imported from Italy. Soft, yet structured juice that is a silent stunner. Less than 1,000 bottles made! Purple flowers, expressive citrus, dry, gorgeous.
2022 Cantine Monfort Pinot Grigio Ramato
$44Soft, agreeable, crushable skin contact pinot grigio with notes of dried rose, slightly crushed, bright herbs, and pink/red fruit. Extremely balanced and versatile as an aperitif or a food wine.
2019 Vorspannhof Mayr Zweigelt (1L)
$48Krempstal, Austria. 100% Zweigelt. fruity and juicy in the nose – ripe cherries, red mulberries, with a certain kick of spiciness. Clove/cardamom type of spice, but nothing too overpowering. On the palate the fruit is still in focus. Juicy, elegant and wonderful to drink.

NV Casebianche “Tondo” Paestum (1L)
$68Campania, Italy. 75% Aglianico, 10% Barbera, 10% Piedirosso, 5% Aglianicone. A biodynamic party bottle that is lighter than typical aglianico from it’s back-up grape crew. Juicy raspberry on the nose with richer notes from barrel-aging in the middle palate, ending with more raspberry and a lingering, mineral finish.

A deep spicy earthy undertone in the nose of the wine features ripe strawberries, cherries and dark earth tones.
